Novartis Announces Fourth US Radioligand Therapy Facility in Winter Park, Florida

Novartis plans to build a new 35,000-square-foot radioligand therapy (RLT) manufacturing facility in Winter Park, Florida, marking its fourth US site, expected online by 2029.13

The project is part of Novartis's $23 billion US manufacturing investment announced in April 2025.123

RLT is a precision cancer treatment delivering targeted radiation to tumors while sparing healthy tissue; Novartis maintains >99% on-time dose administration.13

Additional expansions include facilities in Indiana, New Jersey, a recently completed site in California, and a planned fifth US location.23

CEO Vas Narasimhan stated the facility ensures speed and reliability for RLT medicines.13

One report mentions a $70M investment for the site at 3825 Forsyth Road.9
