Avicanna Inc. announced on December 23, 2025, the resignation of Mr. Paul Fornazzari from its board of directors.
Mr. Michael Kott was appointed to the board, effective January 1, 2026.
Michael Kott is the Founder and CEO of CM-Equity AG with over 35 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and board governance.
