Coloplast announces changes to Executive Leadership Team
Coloplast announced changes to its Executive Leadership Team affecting the Interventional Urology business and the global People & Culture function.1
Executive Vice President of People & Culture, Dorthe Rønnau, has decided to leave Coloplast after nearly three decades with the company; her last day will be at the end of February.1
An external search is underway to find a new leader for the global People & Culture function.1
Mads Mikkelsen, Vice President, People & Culture, Chronic Care Commercial, will assume interim leadership of the global People & Culture organization after Dorthe Rønnau’s departure until a permanent successor is appointed.1
Tommy Johns, Executive Vice President of Interventional Urology, will retire early next year after more than a decade at Coloplast and over three decades in the life science industry.1
Kevin Hardage has been appointed Executive Vice President of Interventional Urology and will join Coloplast on February 9.1
Kevin Hardage brings extensive experience from the global MedTech industry, including senior leadership roles at Teleflex within the urology space.1
Coloplast’s interim CEO Lars Rasmussen emphasized that there will be an overlap between Tommy Johns and Kevin Hardage to ensure a thorough handover.1
