RapidAI Deepens Partnership with Amazon AWS to Expand Clinical Imaging AI Deployment

RapidAI and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have expanded their collaboration to accelerate global deployment of clinical-grade AI focused on medical imaging.

The partnership involves co-development and go-to-market strategies that leverage AWS's AI infrastructure together with RapidAI’s healthcare domain expertise and multimodal data.

A key product highlighted is Rapid Edge Cloud, a cloud-native platform built on AWS that supports both cloud and on-premises operations, ensuring secure and continuous uptime across diverse clinical environments.

RapidAI’s solutions, including Rapid Aneurysm, Lumina 3D, and Rapid Aortic, have FDA clearances and are deployed in over 100 countries with regional security and privacy controls.

The collaboration aims to broaden clinical AI use from neurovascular applications to orthopedic, cardiovascular, and oncology areas.

At RSNA 2025, RapidAI showcased their tools within the AWS booth, emphasizing operational resilience, compliance with data governance, and enhanced clinical workflows.

According to AWS Healthcare leadership, the partnership improves diagnostic precision, reduces cognitive burdens on radiologists, and enhances clinical decision-making with adaptive, validated AI.

Clinical feedback highlights improved turnaround times and reduced manual workload with products like Lumina 3D, resulting in significant operational and financial benefits to healthcare providers.
