Lilly Slightly Lowers Self-Pay Prices for Single-Dose Vials of Zepbound
Eli Lilly recently reduced the self-pay price for single-dose vials of Zepbound purchased through its LillyDirect platform.
The lowest dose (2.5 mg) is now $299 per month (down from $349); the 5 mg dose is $399 per month (down from $499).
All higher doses (7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15 mg) are now $449 per month (down from $499).
These discounts apply only to vials, not pens, and are available for patients paying out-of-pocket through Lilly's direct-to-consumer program.
The move follows Novo Nordisk's similar price reductions for Wegovy and Ozempic, and both companies have agreed to further discounts through the upcoming TrumpRx program.
