3. Sustainability: The new headquarters is designed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, focusing on energy consumption, health, and wellbeing, and reduced CO2 emissions.
4. Hybrid Working: The building will support a hybrid working model for around 3,000 employees, including the global leadership team and various functional teams.
5. Proximity to Key Institutions: The location offers closer proximity to the UK capital’s fast-growing global Life Sciences hub, London’s Knowledge Quarter, and world-class academic institutions like the Francis Crick Institute and King’s College London.
6. Opening Date: GSK officially opened its new global headquarters on July 15, 2024, after more than two decades at its previous location in Brentford, West London.
